New Construction No.1
Three and a half years ago, LadyRisa had to suddenly close its physical store due to deterioration. We came up with a solution where customers who wanted to visit the store could come to the office to view the papers and products they wanted, but the number of products that customers could actually see and touch was limited compared to when the physical store was open.
The physical store could not be renovated and has been in warehouse condition for a long time.
At the Kami Festival held in May, we caused inconvenience to customers who came to view our products at the factory entrance next to our physical store.
Despite being a brick-and-mortar store, they decided to rebuild the building and finally went ahead with it.
After the Kami Matsuri (God Festival) ended, the building was emptied of all merchandise, fixtures, furniture, and other items.
I forgot to take a picture, but everyone was surprised at how spacious the room was once everything was gone (lol).
After a while, the demolition progressed smoothly and the site was soon cleared.
Last month, the ground-breaking ceremony was successfully completed and construction work has now begun little by little.
Despite the unstable weather, the contractors are working hard while keeping an eye on the situation! Thank you for your hard work.
Right now, the foundation work is still in progress, so it doesn't feel like the building is standing, but I think we'll start to see the shape of the building from next month onwards...
Actually, I have studied a bit of architecture, so I'm excited to be able to see up close how a building is constructed from the ground up! (*^^)v
I look forward to seeing the different scenery every time I go from the office to the factory, and I hope to be able to let you know about our progress little by little!
Look forward to seeing what kind of buildings you can make!
* Completion is scheduled for February 2019. The new building will house offices, stores and factories (details to come around the end of the year?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your continued support.
