Notice of increase in shipping charges

Due to a major change in shipping rates from our shipping company, we will be revising the shipping fees for Morisa Tosa Washi LadyRisa from November 1st, 2017.

After much consideration, we have concluded that it will be difficult to absorb the costs through corporate efforts alone. We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are very sorry to ask for your understanding.

We apologize for the significant burden this will cause, especially to those in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands.
We will continue to strive to further improve our quality and service, and we appreciate your continued patronage.

We plan to inform you of the new shipping fees in a separate table around October 25th, 2017, so thank you for your understanding.
