1. Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express / Yu-Pack Cash on Delivery
- This is a method where you pay the delivery company when the product is delivered.
- Cash on delivery fee is 330 yen.
- You can pay by cash or credit card. (The total will be listed together with the product price in the order confirmation email.) For orders over 5,000 yen, we offer a free cash-on-delivery fee.
- Unless you have a specific request, we will use "Yu-Pack" for shipments to Tohoku, Hokkaido, and Okinawa, and "Sagawa Express" for shipments of multiple items. Please be aware of this in advance.

2. Credit card (Yamato Transport web collect)
- After completing the ordering process, you will be asked to pay by credit card.
- Credit card payments will be made through Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s "Web Collect" service.
- All procedures are completed online. Please rest assured that all data transmitted is encrypted and transmitted using the highest level SSL certification system used by financial institutions.
- We do not store any credit card information. Furthermore, we will never ask you for your credit card information.
- Shipping charges will be included in the product price unless it is marked "shipping included."
- If the number of items is significantly large or the weight is heavy, the shipping fee may change. In that case, we will contact you in advance.
- If you use a shipping method other than Yamato Takkyubin (such as Sagawa Express, Yu-Pack, or mail delivery), you can complete the process simply by using Yamato Web Collect.

3. Bank transfer (prepayment)
- If you are a business owner and would like to pay by bank transfer, please write "I would like to pay by bank transfer" in the [Special Notes] section of your email or order cart. We will then provide you with the bank account number and other details.
- However, please note that your order will be shipped only after your payment has been confirmed.
