We will be open and ready to ship until December 26th , but please note that there may be delays in delivery during the New Year holidays due to shipping congestion.

12/26 (Thu ) Last day of shipping this year
*Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on the same day.
* If it is difficult to ship within the year due to inventory status, etc., we will contact you.

12/27 (Fri) General cleaning
* Please note that we cannot respond to emails or phone calls.

12/28 (Sat) - 1/5 (Sun) New Year's holiday
* For orders placed during this period, please select a delivery date and time from January 7th onwards (for Hokkaido, Okinawa and Tohoku region, from January 8th onwards).

1/6 (Mon) ~ Normal business hours
* We will respond to orders and inquiries received during the holidays as needed.

★★ Custom-made products and products ordered from manufacturers take several days to arrive.
If the base paper is out of stock, it will take about 10 days to be delivered, so please place your order as soon as possible.
For large orders, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date.
