5/25 (Thu) The person in charge will be off, so it will take some time to respond.

For orders and inquiries (email/LINE) made after 3pm on the 23rd, it may take 2-3 days for us to respond.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

*From May 26th, we will be open as usual.

This is the opening date for May 2023.
As there are more holidays around Golden Week this year than usual, there may be delays in the delivery of your packages.
Additionally, due to our own circumstances, there may be some delays in responding in late May.
Please check the schedule below and place your order with plenty of time to spare.

Until May 1st (Mon) Normal business hours

5/2 (Tue) Last shipping day before the holidays *Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped on the same day
* If same-day shipping is difficult due to inventory status, we will contact you.

5/3 (Wed) ~ 5/7 (Sun) Golden Week holidays
*For orders placed during this period, please select a delivery date and time from May 10th onwards (for Hokkaido, Okinawa and Tohoku region, from May 11th onwards ).

5/8 (Mon) - Regular business hours
*We will respond to orders and inquiries received during the holidays as soon as possible.

★★Custom-made products and products ordered from manufacturers take several days to arrive.
If the base paper is out of stock, it will take about 10 days, so if you are placing a large order, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date.
