Notice of business hours during the 2021-2022 New Year's holiday period

This is to inform you of our opening hours from the end of 2021 to the beginning of 2022.
Please note that there will be no openings during the final week of the year.

We will be open and ready to ship out until the 25th, but please note that deliveries may be delayed due to the circumstances of the shipping company.

12/25 (Sat) Last day of shipping this year

*Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on the same day.
* If it is difficult to ship within the year due to inventory status, etc., we will contact you.

12/27 (Mon) General cleaning
*Please note that we cannot respond to emails or phone calls.

December 28th (Tuesday) to January 4th (Tuesday) New Year's holiday
*For orders placed during this period, please select a delivery date and time from January 6th onwards (January 7th onwards for Hokkaido, Okinawa and Tohoku regions).

1/5 (Wed) - Regular business hours
*We will respond to orders and inquiries received during the holidays as needed.

★★Custom-made products and products ordered from manufacturers take several days to arrive.
If the base paper is out of stock, it will take about 10 days, so if you are placing a large order, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date.
